Colmax是一個外國公司，代理在台灣的外國腳踏車零件的品牌。Colmax創立於1993年，持續經營已有13年了。Colmax位於台南，包括有辦公室、展示室以及倉庫的設施。Colmax是一個香港的股份有限公司，但在台灣境內境外營運。目前Colmax有3項主要的營業項目：進口、出口及OE外國品牌的代理。而這三項營業項目完全限制於腳踏車零組件的業務。

進口: Colmax 目前是下列14個腳踏車品牌的唯一台灣進口商及經銷商：Campagnolo Components, Continental Tires, Park Tools, Finish Line Lubricants, Kool Stop Brake Pads, Deda Bicycle Components, Pace Clothing, Fulcrum Wheels, Selle Italia Saddles, SKS Germany, DMT Shoes, DeFeet Socks, Ciclosport Information Systems, Alpina Helmets。Colmax 也有權利在中國經銷這些產品，目前正以非獨家的方式在該地區經銷這些產品。煩請隨意至上述品牌的網站上瀏覽。

出口: Colmax 目前正在外銷台灣製的腳踏車零件。 Colmax 是上述數個品牌的東南亞經銷中心。此外，Colmax 也代表上述一些品牌來銷售台灣製的品牌產品。這樣就可以直接裝船運送產品，而不需轉船。

Colmax is located in a facility in Tainan that incorporates offices, showrooms, and warehousing. Colmax is a limited Liability company based in Hong Kong, but operated in and out of Taiwan. Colmax currently does 3 major business activities: Import, Export, and OE foreign brand representation. All 3 activities are strictly limited to high end bicycle component business.

Import: Colmax is currently the sole Taiwan importer and distributor for 14 bicycle brands: Campagnolo, Continental Tires, Park Tools, FinishLine Lubricants, Kool Stop Brake Pads, Deda Components, Pace Clothing, and Selle Italia Saddles, DeFeet Socks, SKS Germany, DMT Shoes, Fulcrum Wheels, Ciclosport Information Systems, Alpina Helmets. Colmax also has the rights to distribute these products in China and is distributing these products there on a non-exclusive basis. Export:Colmax is currently exporting various Taiwan made bicycle parts. Colmax is acting as the South East Asian distribution center for several of the above mention brands. Colmax is also selling Taiwan made branded product on behalf of some of the above mentioned brands, and then remitting royalty payments to those overseas companies. This then allows for direct shipments and eliminates transshipping of the product.

OE brand representation: Colmax is currently acting as a paid agent for several companies. This is a contractual relationship where Colmax is responsible for Taiwan/China OE factory sales, promotion, and general service. Colmax is then acting as a branch company for overseas customers that do not want or need to set up a branch in Taiwan/China. In this role, Colmax is also acting as a liaison for purchasing and product development assistance. This would include such activities as professional recommendations, translation, logistical assistance, and warehousing.
